The Affinity Setting is the document working colour profile - it shouldnt be set to a monitor profile. Affinity will use the OS specified monitor profile - you're probably seeing a double colour conversion with those settings.
 
For soft proofing use  a soft proof adjustment and select the output profile. Remember to turn off the adjustment on final export

Click on the straighten button in the context toolbar, then draw the line you want to be level

I've seen a lag when the caclulating file size is taking a long time and logged that

I can export your files as expected. Can you confirm the following folder names for me please:-
 
1.) The full folder / path  name you are exporting to.
2.) Your user name.
3) The temp folder name your system is using.

How about Using the Stroke Panel in the studio rather than the context toolbar

OK - it depends which tool you have selected.
 
Select the layers then switch tool to say the rectangle tool. You should then be able to adjust the stroke width from the context toolbar

Setting the Rasterise option in the "more..." options dialog to "Nothing" generates a purely vector output.
 
I can see that large sections are getting rasterised with other settings but can't work out why at the moment

No, that is an Affinity Photo feature and the beta for that on Windows is still a little while away. You will hear when it is available.

Hi, just a little post showing off a character design I created using Affinity Designer for the first time...

Did this one mostly in Affinity. Stitched the two different panorama's, and then focus stacked them manually by erasing the background in the foreground image. Rest of it was achieved in Lightroom/NIK Viveza.

I get a very consistent crash with 16 bit images. 8 Bit is working fine for me - so long as its not cmyk

Providing the images have enough overlap the panorama should be automatically detected just like a horizontal panorama.

Copy the source layer, Select the destination layer, Select 'Edit, Paste FX'.
 
Covered in the help file under  'Paste Style and Layer Effects'

Check out the Layer, Fill Mode menu I think 'winding' will achieve the effect you want

You may also need to log out and back in for the change to take effect.

Use a levels adjustment layer and drastically move the sliders and see if that helps make the text more legible (Layer, New Adjustment Layer, Levels Adjustment)

I get this in separated mode is that the mode you are working in?
 
although i'm seeing the channel name snap back to master but the point is added to the pre-selected channel
