Mark Ingram Posted February 20, 2018 Author Posted February 20, 2018 @Arba / @Gnobelix, are you both using a Surface Pro? Yes, once the files have uploaded, they should be deleted. Though we sometimes have a problem where the files haven't uploaded, but are still deleted... Gnobelix 1

Mark Ingram Posted February 20, 2018 Author Posted February 20, 2018 OK - we're getting somewhere @Arba and @Gnobelix! What about your driver version numbers? Do you have Windows Ink enabled? Chris J 1
Arba Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 Hey Mark, just pulled out the tablet from the USB slot and the program has responded. Obviously haven't tried to edit anything yet, but I can now open a photo by clicking the File button. Mark Ingram and Gnobelix 2

It looks like the Huion driver is delivering some (duplicate?) values which Microsoft don't like.

Just done a very quick edit and all was fine. I can get the driver version number but will have to Google Windows Ink.

Maybe related to Windows 10 - on my Windows 7 Pro with Huion New 1060 PLUS with driver HuionTablet_WinDriver_v13.15.2 from September 11, 2017 there is no problem and no HID conform Pen is listed but a HUION HID item.Prior to deciding to buy early this year I learned that sometimes installation of wrong drivers can give undesired results. Trage ich 100% manuell ein, so bleibt der Wert im Feld erhalten. Bei allen anderen Werten springt der Regler zurück auf null. Sean P 1 Have a nice day.

In the full version 1.6.2.97 it works. But there is no sign of brightness. Not in both. No luminosity to recognize. Roland
Scott Williams Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 After using my tablet to paint I cannot access the menu with the mouse. Start the program. Create new image with the mouse. Select paint tool with tablet. Draw something with tablet. Try closing accessing the menu bar with the mouse and it does not respond. You can't resize the window or close the program etc. The menu still works with the tablet though.
