    No, you would need to purchase another license as the Affinity applications are licensed separately by OS family: Mac, iPad, Windows.

    Welcome to the Affinity forum @mamalady,
    I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the codes you have received. Are you entering the entire code into the relevant section?
    The most common reason this happens is that recipients ignore the word at the beginning of the code and only enter "code" looking part. You need to ensure that you are entering the enter code, including the word at the beginning.
    If this still does not work, contact affinity@serif.com with the code itself and we can look in to this further for you.

    Good day,
    I am experiencing the same problem. I cannot enter my card details in the provided space. To resolve this I tried using a VPN. That did not work. I changed my country location in my account. That did not work. However, upon following your advice, about using a different browser, it now appears to be working.
    When it was not working, I was busy using Google Chrome. Once I switched to Microsoft Edge it allowed me to enter my details. 
    Just thought that I would share, since I also experienced the same issue.

    You won't have an account at the Affinity Store sure unless you purchased or downloaded something from that store.
    Your purchase for the iPad was from the Apple Store, so you won't have an Affinity account. And you don't need one.

    The free offers should be available as one of the items on the Welcome Screen when you start the program. Just scroll through them if you don't see it, or wait for them to auto-scroll.

    Welcome to the Affinity forums!
    These are the forums for Serif's current range of software.  All the "Plus" range are now Legacy products, so no longer manufactured!  The forum for them is Community Plus.
    BUT, unfortunately, you will not be able to obtain those unlock codes.  The first post in this thread explains why, although this post may offer you some consolation!

    Welcome to the Affinity forum.
    My advice if you already have Affinity Designer is to only install the 90 day trials for Publisher and Photo. Installing the 90 day trial for Designer will not affect anything, but if you already have the paid version then there is no reason to install the trial.

    Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, vbajraktarov.
    The single-user licence allows you to install the software on any machine that you own or control, as long as it’s the same platform (i.e. Mac or Windows) and no one else is using it for commercial purposes.
    By the way, you seem to have used your email address as your forum display name. That makes it available to spammers, so you might want to change it to something else. You can do that via the following link:

    Welcome to the Affinity forums.
    Your Microsoft Store Account is totally separate from any Affinity account you may create.  To access downloads from the Affinity store click on the links you see (?on the Welcome screen), that will take you to the Affinity Store where, in order to purchase or download anything, you will need to create an account just for that store.  Once you have done that your address will be recognised.

    Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.
    As long as you own or control the machines, and if you're using the product commercially are the only user doing so, you can install on as many Windows PCs as you want.
    This presumes that you did not purchase from the Microsoft Store, though, as purchases from that store are restricted to be Windows 10.

    Hi awan,
    The licence that you own allows you to install the app on as many devices as you need for your own use. As such, you would need to purchase an additional licence if you require your employee to be able also use the app.

    If you purchased from the Serif Affinity Store, then login to the Store using the same email address you used for purchase, and look in the Downloads and Product Keys section.
    If you purchased from the Microsoft or Mac Store you don't have an activation key. You simply download from their store again.

    Welcome to the Affinity forums.
    Since Microsoft and Serif share NO customer data, this is a problem that only the M$ Store support can resolve for you.  However, the fact that you say the "status of order "canceled""  seems to suggest there was a problem with the actual payment.  But again, this is something you will need to raise with M$ Store.

    Welcome to the Affinity forums.
    The licensing system for each of the "stores" (Microsoft, Mac/Apple, iPad and Serif) are all mutually exclusive.  They do not share ANY user data at all.  Hence licence transfer from one to another is not possible.
    Since you are now using your computer on a work/school account, why not ask your school/employer to buy the apps for you??!!  You would obviously still have them available to you to download and use should you later decide you want to have your own "personal" computer.

    Welcome to the Affinity forum.
    The platform we use for online orders is primarily for private users, as you can see when going through the process of buying because there is no facility to add EU VAT numbers meaning this is included in the shopping cart.
    While this is not made clear on the website, any company that is VAT registered should get in touch through the Business area of the site before finalising the order.
    In this instance I would encourage you to contact affinityorders@serif.com for assistance.

    Hi @Mark Oehlschlager,
    I'm not 100% certain as I've never done it myself and I only have an iPhone and iPad to hand, but they both offer a Gift App option for paid apps, so I suspect the Mac App Store will too.
    I suspect that the only downside would be that they will receive it instantly.
