Donna Warden
If I get the Affinity V2 Universal License, do I need all the devices now? I don’t have a MacBook yet only a iPad and Windows laptop? Also I have already brought Affinity Photo 2 / Designer 2 on iPad. Can I cancel and get Affinity V2 Universal License if I don’t need all 3 devices now.
Komatös
Hi @Donna Warden No, you don't need all platforms with the universal licence. And if you buy a MacOS-powered device, you can simply install and activate all three programmes there. The individual licences for Photo, Designer and Publisher are bound to the platform for which they are purchased. You do not need individual licences if you have a universal licence. Contact affinityorders@serif.com and ask for a refund for the individual licences. emmrecs01
@Donna Warden The refund for your iPad purchases will need to be made by Apple, since Serif have, and will never have, any record of your purchases specifically for that OS, I think.
