Managed to grab this snap on my way to the office this morning.  Taken from Nottingham train station, on the way to the tram stop.  I've attached the original .heic so feel free to do your own edits.  All i did was straighten it slightly, used the Inpainting to remove a bit of a cut off crane and then used the Auto levels, Contrast, Colours and White Balance.  Pretty happy with the results to say it was very quickly shot on my iPhone X.

Looks like due to some embedded document resource C++ destructor call, aka trying to deallocating memory (...and perform some cleanup for an EmbeddedDocumentResource class object and its class members) when that object is destroyed ...
So it's associated with some embedded doc resource here, do you use such in your APub file where this happens?

    Hi @DelN,
You won't find Affinity in the Play Store as we don't run on Android devices.

The main reason I bought the app was to come here and listen - or, I guess, read - all the harping. Personally, since V2 seems to be on it's way, I want to hijack the thread and turn it into the V3 thread. Will V3 be forthcoming? What advancements can we expect, and when will V3 be released? Imminently? Beginning of the year? Right after V2? Concurrently? Why cant company people answer these questions? Every other software companies does. Will V3 run on Linux? Will V3 have everything I want, or will I have t suffer through the demands of what others want for V3? Why is it taking so long?
    😇
Edited to add apologies for the grammar and spelling and ptypos, but it was early in my part of the world, I hadn't had my coffee, and furthermore, I just plain don't feel like doing proper edits.

stokerg got a reaction from thomaso in APub Page thumbnail sizes confusing
    Hi @thomaso,
I've compared this with the Windows version and Windows does appear to handle this better, when using mixed spread sizes.  I think the Mac version Pages panel just isn't scaling correctly once the different sized spread is added.  I'll get this logged with the Dev team, as like i said, Windows does handle it better.
As for the Small view always showing in a list view, it has come up before on this thread and has been logged with the Dev team

iPadOS 15 changed the way memory is handled and introduced several problems, so far on iPadOS 16.1 beta these defects in iPadOS appear to have been fixed.

If you can, could you upload your afpub file to our Dropbox here: https://www.dropbox.com/request/zALezEgc16umKxD3fPEQ and i'll see i can replicate the crash and get it logged with the Dev team, as a crash is always unwanted behaviour

Did you actually install the application, or did you simply open the DMG file and run the application from there?
You need to open the DMG then drag the application to the [edit] Applications folder to install it. Then run from the Applications folder.

Without much to go on..., a likely cause could be a problem with Hardware Acceleration. Try turning it off:
    >> Edit >> Preferences >> Performance
If that didn't fix it, check for a Third Party Software conflict:
