  1. Hi Hillyard, Do you get the crash with a file specifically or with any document you create? I have been unable to replicate this here.
  2. Thanks for the screen recording JSewell! I've now been able to replicate the error, I'll get this logged. Many thanks
  3. Bonjour Toche47, Il s'agit d'un problème connu qui a été enregistré avec les développeurs. Merci beaucoup.
  4. Hi JSewell Thanks for your post I've been unable to replicate this in 1.7.0.238. Are you still having this problem in the latest build?
  5. Hi David G Ferre, Welcome to the forum Could you check the following location, you can do this by holding down the Windows key and the letter R and entering - C:\User\AppData\Roaming\Affinity\Photo\1.0 (Beta)\CrashReports\reports here you may find some files, if you're able to see them please upload them here. If not, Please upload the images that were used in the stack here so I can test this.
  6. Hi IanSG Thanks for reporting this issue, i'll get it passed to development!
  7. Hi Clanks, Can you provide some more information about the crash? What seemed to be the cause? Are you able to reproduce the crash?
  8. Hi Morgoth, Thanks for your post! Are you able to reproduce this crash at all? If so, please provide the file so I can test this otherwise if you could provide the crash report that would be great, just open the run prompt (Windows key + R) and enter %AppData%\Roaming\Affinity\Publisher\1.0 (Beta)\CrashReports\reports and attach the file here. Thank you!
  9. Thanks for the file @Mell77 I expect that the reason the file is taking so long to open is related to the recent Master page changes which has had an effect on some files. I will get this logged with the developers though for further investigation.
  10. Hi tharmon22, Can you right click the .exe and go to properties and confirm the size of the download? Try downloading the file from here and let me know if this works any better for you. If not, please follow the instructions provided in this thread and upload the log files here and I will investigate this for you
  11. Hi Skyhigh, Sorry to hear you're having some issues installing the new build. Have you tried running the .exe as an administrator? Can you go to this location for me please - %temp%/AffinitySetup To access this location, run the setup once more and then hold the Windows key + R to show the Run command. Copy and paste the path above and you should see a folder. Open the folder and you should see Setup and SetupUI. Please copy those two files and upload them here and i'll look into this for you.
  12. Hi Sly Cat, Could you provide the .afpub file so I can look into this?
  13. Hi Mell77, Would it be possible for you to provide the file so I can test this? Thanks!
  14. Hi Kat, With regards to your screenshot, this looks like a Graphics card related issue. Are you able to reproduce this every time you open Publisher? Go To Edit > Preferences > Performance and change the Rendered settings. This may help!
  15. Hi retexo, Would it be possible to upload the .afpub file so I can test this? You can upload it here.
  16. Hi bgeal, I'm afraid the only way around this would be to embed the images within the document. This will make the file size much larger but would avoid the issue of needing to relink images. This can be done in the Resource Manager. (Document>Resource Manager)
  17. Hi Asael, Welcome to the forum Could you provide the PDF file in question so I can test this?
  18. Hi Jens Krebs, Sorry, I'm having some trouble replicating this.. Would it be possible for you to provide a file I can use to test this?
  19. Hi nitro912gr, Thanks for your post, Strange! I have just installed build 1.7.1.221 on another machine and i didn't have the restart issue you have had. I will keep a look out for other posts similar to this.
