Sorry for the basic question, but I can't find documentation for when my gradient Fill Tool comes up as a "box." See attached picture. If I create a new gradient, it is just the simple line form, but when I go back to adjust, it is in this box format. Can someone point me to a tutorial or the section of "Help" that goes over this feature?

Instant Crash when Pages Reordered or Blank Page Deleted
Clanks replied to Clanks's topic in V1 Bugs found on macOS
I am not too sure. I believe a master page was created that was later deleted, and the specific pages that it had been applied to were not updated.- 5 replies

I have now posted as a separate crash report. Almost identical problem.

I am having repeated crashes when reordering pages in a four page document. There are some blank pages that I am trying to get rid of and then rearrange page order for different exports. It has become impossible. The first file is the .afpub that is crashing when a page is moved or a blank page deleted: Dec2019Jan2020Beaconlayout.afpub The second file is the crash report: AffinityPublisherCrash.rtf The third final is the final product that we are trying to achieve, which we created by exporting one page at a time and then building in Preview: Dec2019Jan2020BeaconWebResolution.pdf This is very aggravating and time consuming. I am having a similar issue. I have an 8 page document. I only want to print page 8 to proof it. I do command P, and no matter what option i take to ask it to print page 8, KABOOM--it crashes. I have tried selecting the page and using "Selection," and "Current Page," and entering "8" on pages when Enitre Document is selected. I am uploading to the Dropbox three crash files for each example. Yes, page 8 has an embedded picture. Hurry on this one. It's important. I have the Affinity Designer Beta on my Mac, and now the old version of Designer 1.6.7 has been updated by the Apple App store to 1.7. Do I just move the Designer Beta to the Trash, or are there other uninstall chores to be done?

Is there a Resource Manager in Designer 1.7?
Clanks replied to Clanks's topic in [ARCHIVE] Designer beta on macOS threads
Thanks. I guess there is a Resource Manager "hidden" in Designer, then. -
On opening a file created over the many versions of the Designer beta process, I am now told that there are missing resources, and I am asked do I want to find them through the resource manager. I can get the Resource Manager to open on opening a file. However, I cannot find the Resource Manager anywhere in the menus, interface, etc., and no reference to it in help documentation. Am I missing something?

When printing from a file, I have the option to select "Book" or "Booklet" in the document layout tab. However, this option is not available when exporting to PDF, meaning that a separate configuration of pages must be made for the print file. It has been suggested to "Save to PDF" when using the print command, but this is not as desireable.
