I've never used Affinity on the second monitor but I did have to reconfigure their priority recently. And you're right; that was exactly the thing. Monitor 2 was not switched on. Thank you for that so simple insight.

The issue exists on iPad as well but I can fix the problem by changing the node alignment setting as shown. The one shape that doesn’t show the issue does not have the internal sharp point of inflection.

It can also be fixed by reducing the number of close together unnecessary nodes at that internal point of inflection.

Affinity Publisher relies on Hunspell for spelling and hyphenation of languages that it doesn’t support directly. I don’t think there’s a Hunspell word-splitting dictionary for the Korean language.

I'll get this bumped - its not a new issue, but occurs when both are floating in the same area - the Tools Panel should really have 'Keep on Top' enabled but it doesn't, so when focus changes to the document window it appears on top.
 

Hi @felo and welcome to the forums,
Is the document that has been provided to you an RGB or CMYK document and is the document you're then working on RGB or CMYK? For colour consistency between the two, you would need to ensure that both documents use the same colour space and the same colour profile...

Using the Layers Panel, drag the image layer onto the name of the text/vector layer to clip the image to the text/vector.
I would recommend watching some of the tutorial videos to get more information about using the applications: https://affinity.serif.com/en-gb/learn/

I will log an improvement for this however if I'm being honest I feel as though this behaviour is unlikely to change as its consistent with the behaviour of locking objects throughout the app. Its also very difficult to accidentally delete a guide due to you needing to be within the guide manager.

Hi, this has been reported before but it's been determined that it's a bug in macOS and not Affinity. If it's the same issue, logging into macOS with a different account will work but not with your normal account, so it's some sort of caching issue. You have to clear your settings and restart macOS to resolve it. More information is available in this thread. Good luck!
 

And how did you get to this page? – I see stuff like '#comment' etc. only if I use the share button or the search option or a link from another post or a notification email.
If you delete the yellow marked part in your link then it works:

It will sometimes be the latest if one doesn't use the share button.

Anto please read what I am saying carefully. You created the original thread but the link you are posting isn't to the thread its to a specific reply to that thread which is now hidden. You can see this is true because the URL ends in #comment-1176229 try posting the link again without this #comment-1176229 at the end and see what happens.

In case you missed it, a simple workaround was described recently. You may find it helpful for now.

GOOD NEWS UPDATE: 
So:
yesterday night (italian time) i tried to uninstall once again V2 from my pc. I then tried to install it on a different pc, and it worked just fine.
This morning i saw Affinty support email response to my problem.
Before proceeding with their instructions i deleted everything from the other pc, uninstalled the program, cleaned the %appdata% and %userprofile% and also the temp, and %temp% folder from everything by Affinity.

I then reinstalled the MSIX version on my pc and this time the login worked with no problems, even before following their instruction.

I do report them for everyone that in the future might read this topic

%USERPROFILE%\.affinity\Common\2.0\ In this folder select 'license.dat' file and 'cs.dat', then delete both. Launch the Affinity applications EXE Close all Affinity apps Open Windows Run (Windows Key + R) Enter/paste the following:
%APPDATA%\Affinity\Common\2.0\
In this folder select 'license.dat' file and 'cs.dat', then delete both. Launch the Affinity applications You should hopefully now find this error no longer appears and you are able to sign into your Affinity ID as expected. ---------------------

Probably it didn't worked for me yesterday as suggested by @Callum because i deleted the 'license.dat' and the 'cs.dat' from the %APPDATA% folder for the MSIX version, instead of doing it in the %USERPROFILE% folder. 
i probably got confused by  BUT no problem!!! i don't blame anyone at all 

Fortunately now it worked just fine and it has been a relief!!

Hi @Pittrice and welcome to the forums,
You appear to have extended your Publisher UI off the bottom of the screen. Try reducing the height of the UI by moving to the top of the Publisher screen, just below the main menus until you see a black down-facing arrow then reduce the height of the UI by dragging down and once done, drag the UI back to the top of the screen until you can see the bottom of the UI.
Once you can see the bottom of the UI, you can drag it down until the bottom of the UI sits at the top of the Mac dock. You should now be able to scroll your Publisher pages to the bottom...
Let us know if that works...

I didn’t think Photo came with any assets.
I’ve just looked in my 1.10.6 installation and there’s none there.
Maybe you got them via the Serif Store, possibly as (part of) a special deal or something.
You might like to look in the My Account section of Photo, or the Serif Store; you might be able to install them from there.

Wow you were right! I went to my account and it said I wasn't registered for some reason, so I just signed in and there were my assets. Actually they were free, it was several years ago in one of the AP updates as I recall. You could check your account and see if there are any free ones that you can download if you want. That was brilliant, thank you for hanging in with a trivial issue!

What font are you using?
You mention "OpenType styled superiors" so I assume you are using OpenType Superscripts applied from the Typography Panel, and that the font supports this OpenType feature, and the font has the proper glyphs, and actual kerning pairs for those substitute glyphs.
Not a lot of fonts have full OpenType superscript lowercase support (with substitute glyphs).
And even fewer have the full actual Unicode superscript lowercase characters.
All of these could be interacting with what Affinity is doing with the superscripts.
And if you have used the Transform panel instead, or mixed that in...
It would be helpful to see an actual document, and the resultant PDF.

Hi Kat,
I believe this option is just greyed out to show that this is a category that can be expanded. Expanding the options until you reach the Affinity Support & Questions section should allow you to select either the iPad or desktop subforum and make a post.
