Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, Tony.

The Affinity software projects sold by Serif Europe, Ltd., are a one-time purchase with no subscription fees.

Are you sure you've posted on the correct forum? Perhaps you should be dealing with some other company called Affinity?

(Note: I'm just a user of their software. Someone from Serif will be asking to confirm my comments at some time, but we've seen other posts by people who have confused the Affinity software with other products called Affinity which do have subscription or other fees.)

@Sharon Cruz,

As mentioned above, there is no subscription; the Affinity software projects sold by Serif Europe, Ltd., are a one-time purchase with no subscription fees.. Can you confirm what you believe you've subscribed to and where you subscribed from?

I'm being charged $93.10 every month

What's the name that appears next to this amount on your statement eaxch month? As others have said, Serif do not offer any subscripotion packages.

Your inability to edit your posts is resulting in some delicious typos, Ali!

subscripotion = regular deliveries from the soup kitchen

@Sharon Cruz Are you sure that it isn't a Canva subscription that you are being charged for? If so, you need to contect them, not Affinity.

When we've seen this before it's often been from some other company named Affinity, sometimes (as I recall) a water company. Unless @Sharon Cruz is willing to share a screenshot of the bill she's getting we won't be able to tell.

It’s not really so terribly amusing, but even if it were I would greatly prefer to see the forum software allowing you to edit your posts.

We had something very similar when PagePlus, Serif’s former flagship DTP product, was still current. A number of Page Plus Cellular customers posted to the forums to try to resolve problems related to billing for their phone usage.

All I can do is send screenshot showing payment I have never received a bill

What's the name of the payee next to the payment?

The company selling Affinity software is called Serif, not Affinity Group. There are lots of Affinity Groups online, none of which have anything to do with Serif. If this were a payment for Affinity sofware, it would say Serif as the company.

Contact your bank to see who it is and to get as much details as possible

Full name of merchant
Contact information
Address
Sort Code
Account Number
etc

You can sometimes trace them with that

Also ask your bank to suspend payments to them as it could be fraudulent

Until you notify your bank, they normally can't be held liable for any payments already paid

PS What country are you in?
