Staff MEB Posted November 18, 2019 Staff Share Posted November 18, 2019 Hi Puffin, Can you provide a few more details please? Where are you seeing the green ticks exactly? In what app - Finder, Affinity Photo? As walt.farrel said a screenshot would help to understand the issue. Thanks. Staff Chris B Posted November 18, 2019 Staff Share Posted November 18, 2019 It sounds like they might be files from a cloud service that have been made available offline. I see this with Dropbox. TomM1
Looked at three files. I don't see any "green ticks" in Preview or Affinity Photo. markw
Yes, same here, the photos look fine. If you could post a screenshot of the “green ticks” you are seeing that would help a lot in identifying if there is a problem and possible solutions. Staff MEB Posted November 26, 2019 Staff Share Posted November 26, 2019 Hi @Puffin, Sorry the delay getting back to you. I've checked some of the files and i'm still unsure to what you are referring to. They seem all fine to me. Any chance you can take a screenshot of the green tick marks you are referring to please? It would help to clear this up. Thanks. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
