RorydEon Posted January 17, 2015 Share Posted January 17, 2015 I've got the MAS version installed and it works very well for me. It's my go-to app for my next graphic mini-book. However, 1. Should I download the latest betas (is it worth it?)? (don't you just love the 2 ?s) 2. Is the photo app nearing a beta or MAS state? 3. As I've said before, my primary need is Publisher. Soon or later it will be updated with all the features implemented in the development versions. With that said you can have both installed at the same time, since they don't interfere one each other. Just note that you will not be able to open documents created/saved with the latest Beta in the MAS version since they are not compatible. 2. Affinity Photo will be released soon as a beta. There's a lot of very clever stuff that we've genuinely all crowded around desks and said "How the heck did it do that!?!" - but you'll get to play with it yourselves soon!
