carl123
Without a screenshot I'm going to guess it's either excessive alcohol consumption or something to do with your graphics card/drivers/settings Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. jackamus
LOL. It was your signature that prompted me to create my own! No - not alcohol consumption but that will change tomorrow when I go on holiday for a few days. The image reminds me of the old CRT monitors before screensavers. I've just had another look and it is now a different image but almost faded away. Quote If voting made any difference it wouldn't be allowed! Jowday
I had this problem on an iPhone I once owned. Not hardware related. iOS bug. Happened from time to time. But I see nothing on that screenshot. If it is actually present in what the OS thinks is being displayed, it should be (I think) visible in the screenshot. 2 minutes ago, jackamus said: Every time I go back to a blank AD screen I see a different image but it gradually disappears. Another possibility, perhaps, is that's something your graphics card is doing, perhaps some residual data in its buffers? If so, changing your Designer preferences to use a different graphics rendering method might help diagnose this further. Granddaddy
Search the Web for ghost image computer monitor and you will find many articles and discussions about ghosting on LCD monitors. Wading through them you should find some that describe your problem. For examplehttps://themonitormonitor.com/how-to-fix-monitor-ghosting/ but only you can decide whether any particular article describes your specific problem. Persistent images are another problem as explained in a much older article athttps://www.cnet.com/news/addressing-common-problems-with-lcd-displays/ As for the political signatures, I do wonder why Serif allows them in the forums. They are a distraction and a disservice to participants, if it's not too political to say so. Quote Affinity Photo 2.4.2 (MSI) and 1.10.6; Affinity Publisher 2.4.2 (MSI) and 1.10.6.
