Suggestion for the Batch Job in Photo

バッチ処理 or 一括処理 might be better.
New Batch Job = 新規バッチ処理 or 新規一括処理

Is the translation for "Subtract" being shared across the entire string list?
It should be a different translation depending on the location.

    Subtract in the Geometry: 型抜き
Subtract in the Marquee option: 削除

Many of suggestions here still haven't been applied yet.

There are so many inconsistent and improper translations in Affinity.
I must say it's unprofessional. Serif has to be aware of it.
Please apply suggestions here at least.

ashf reacted to Ash in 2.3.0 to be released this morning!
    Hi All,
I’m pleased to say that we will be pushing 2.3 live to retail this morning. The beta versions were updated yesterday to the same build (2.3.0.2165) as detailed in Patrick’s post here. This means the beta versions are in effect exactly the same as the retail versions we will push so you can keep them installed if you wish.
As always it’s been a pleasure working with you all on this release and cannot thank you enough for all the bug reports and other feedback you have given. I mentioned at the start of this beta we are working towards a shorter cadence between updates to help us release improvements and bug fixes sooner - and I hope you agree this has worked very well.
With that in mind we will be starting 2.4 beta very shortly (hopefully in just a couple of weeks). Looking forward to seeing you all on here for that!
    Thanks again,
    Ash

I would like you to make exporting Outline FX as a separate element possible.
Some FX can be exported as a separate element such as Outer Glow or Outer Shadow.
Outline can be done the same I think.
So the object itself that has Outline FX won't be rasterized and it could be more useful.

    Thanks for your report @ashf!
I can confirm I'm able to replicate this issue with your file and have logged it with our developers now.
Please post this in the Feedback section of the forum for our team to see and consider, as the bug reporting section isn't the best place for this.
    I hope this helps

Replacing the HDD with an SSD would be a good idea, @ashf. And that's not all that expensive to do. And it's relatively simple.
@Bololoco: you mentioned some of your panoramas have 60 images, each 20MB. What kind of images are these?

I finally got both versions. One forum stated that there are some differences between the Pro and basic version about the line vectorization.
For example,  It is the orginal icon.

    Vectorized by Super Vectorizer Pro:

Vectorized by Super Vectorizer (basic version):

You will find that the final vectorized color by Super Vectorizer (basic version) is better than that vectorized by the Pro version.
The line is more centralized with Super Vectorizer (basic version).
logo vectorized by Super Vectorizer.pdflogo vectorized by Super Vectorizer Pro.pdf
My job should deal with vectorization a lot. Both versions are useful to me. Super Vectorizer Pro always does a great job.  However in some cases Super Vectorizer (basic version) works better. It speeds up my work process.  I will still recommend it even in it's full price.

These characters (except 200B) are non-breaking by design. Unicode doesn't require that they all be non-breaking but Affinity matches the behaviour of InDesign in this regard. Does ID treat them differently with the CJK composer?
If you want a breaking space of one of these sizes in Affinity, insert a zero-width space (U+200B) before a non-breaking space. I know it's not as convenient but it's the easiest workaround.
    Good luck.

Yes, ID does. It's fully compliant to CJK typography rules.
I know they are no-break in Latin.
But they must be breakable in East Asian.

Update.  It must be my memory that is faulty. The bitmap fill is in the Gradient too as you suggested.  This is not where I remember it being. Thanks

    Hi @marksthompson,
    Welcome to Affinity Forums
It's not your memory, in v1 this tool was indeed called Fill Tool in Designer and Publisher and Gradient Tool in Photo. Its tool icon was also different from Photo V1. It was later renamed to Gradient Tool in Designer and Publisher to match Photo and also adopted Photo's icon, so it's now called Gradient Tool in all apps for consistency (V2).

Actually wonder if this should in fact be a transform panel thing and that if you have "transform objects separately" checked and type in an absolute value into the transform panel (e.g H=100px) then all the objects in your selection should adopt that height rather than it working proportionally based on the key object size?
Also we'll get round to adding a "Size to Same" function at some point!

    FYI,
Adobe and MS apps automatically assign a proper font to pasted/typed text regardless of UI languages or predefined fonts.
    e.g.
Adobe uses Myriad Pro as the default font for English.
But when I paste/type text, KozGoPro(Adobe's default Japanese font) will be assigned to text automatically.
    Even with English UI.

Nice, for 10 bucks a no-brainer purchase. On a quick test it works fast and the results are good.
