graphos Posted September 5, 2018 Posted September 5, 2018 Tell me, is it possible to break the page into columns? This is a very important function, but for some reason I did not find it. Thank you. LLB, amyas and shiv90 3

Many thanks. But I think that the columns would be more convenient ... shiv90 and Peter Green 2
shiv90 Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 I agree columns are a must for spacing and alignment not just for text but for aligning images Peter Green 1
Staff TonyB Posted September 6, 2018 Staff Posted September 6, 2018 We also agree and page columns are on our roadmap for all the Affinity Apps. Ecifircas, h_d and LLB 3
amyas Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 +1 Document column and text box column is pretty basic for a publication design software.
ketrinz Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 I agree - we need page columns. I divided a text box and added guides to substitute columns. Just looking now to see if I can lock guides.
LLB Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 I consider this a very important feature, too. Looking forward to see it in the next beta update
Armando Valencia Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 This is a must. I was trying to make a book layout but its impossible without this feature.
Staff MEB Posted January 15, 2019 Staff Posted January 15, 2019 Hi Armando Valencia, Welcome to Affinity Forums Page columns are already available in the current Beta. Go to menu View ▸ Guides Manager... (right side) to set them up. Mark Oehlschlager 1 A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
