Yes indeed. If you want to use Photo or Designer personas (aka Studio Link) in Affinity Publisher, you need to have corresponding applications installed.

But this is a list of "registered" products, not a list of purchases and licenses.

If you bought the applications from the Apple Store, you can only download them from the Apple Store. The fact that your Publisher.app does not appear in your Serif Affinity account is probably because you have not registered it.

No, these are two different products. After all, that's why the price of Affinity applications is so low - the user buys what he really needs and uses.
If you bought the app in another store, then it is quite logical and expected that they will not be seen in another store - these are two completely unrelated store chains.

If you purchased at the Microsoft Store then there is no license key needed. You only need to download the program from the Microsoft Store.

You got it downloaded, because the message you showed us happens after download and after install. Your problem occurs when you try to run the program foer the first time and validate the installation by provdiding the product key.
To fix that problem, try right-clicking on the program icon and choosing Run as Administrator. You should only need to do that once.

I had purchased both Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo for iPad through AppStore years ago. I understand that my OP is not clear so I apologize for it as I try to explain my issue better: I want to purchase a set of brushes from Affinity Store called Daub Caligo, which is 30% off because of Black Friday campaign. I cannot purchase because apparently Affinity Store doesn’t support PayPal for my country Romania.

Hi @Paquan, welcome to the Affinity forum.
It appears from our records that you purchased Affinity Designer through the App Store and not through our own website.
As your Affinity Designer purchase was made through the Mac App Store it is tied to your Apple ID, and will also not require a Product Key. If you need to install it again, run the Mac App Store ensuring that you are signed in with the same account/credentials used to complete the purchase and the button which usually says "Buy" should instead say "Install", click on it to begin the installation of the program.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @felix40.
I think you can answer both questions easily by visiting the Affinity Store, adding the workbook to your cart, and checking out.
At that point you will see that you can choose English or German. When you add your shipping information, you will find whether the books can be delivered to that location or not. After that you can complete the purchase if you want.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, so unfortunately not the right place to ask about the Serif Legacy range of products. The Community Plus forum for those legacy products is here.
However, MoviePlus X6 has not been sold by Serif since , I believe, 2017 so I think it unlikely that you will be able to find a copy to purchase. (I don't think it's even available to download from your account any longer.) Also, you need to be very much aware that export formats which you might have been able to use in a previous installation of the program will NOT work in a new install unless you are able to safely export the necessary codec licences from the machine on which it was installed and then import them to the new machine. (This rather long thread in the Community Plus forum will give you all the details of what you need to do.)

Thanks for the swift reply. As I said, not using VPN. But you did put me on another track. I checked the store page on my phone (not connected to WiFi) and it shows € instead of BGN. So apparently it may have saomething to do with my internet connection or my browser settings. In any case, I'll figure it out somehow. If I find the culprit, I'll post it here.

Hi @Freek,
The Affinity store should default to the same currency of that of your location. If you are not seeing the same currency for you location, it is most likely either that you are using a VPN or a browser plugin is throwing the location off.
Is this only happening on one device, or is it happening on all devices that you access our website from? Assuming that it is only one device as I've never known it not be, then it will be some setting on that specific device and not something we have any control over.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.
You go to the Store you originally purchased it from, sign in using the credentials (ID, password) you originally used, and either Download or Install again. Exactly how you do that will depend on which Store you used.
If you purchased directly from Serif via the Affinity Store, you can download at https://affinity.store/account/downloads and that will also give you the Product Key and email address you'll need to install.
Note: this assumes that your new and old computers are both Mac, or they are both Windows. If one is Mac and the other Windows, you'll have to repurchase the application.

I'm not sure if your "okay" response indicates you've resolved the problem. If not, then:
Unless you purchased directly from Serif via the Affinity Store, https://affinity.store, you won't have a product key. For purchases from the Mac App Store or the Microsoft Store the application license is tied to your identity at the respective store. If you did purchase directly from Serif, then you can sign in to https://affinity.store/account/downloads and you will find a download link, along with the product key and the email address you used to purchase the product. -

@TheStudioSusanThe email address on our contact page will not open up a menu when clicked, and what you are doing (copying and pasting in to Gmail) is what you should be doing.
If you have an email client set up on your computer, it would open a "new email" window when clicked with the address already in the "To:" area, but that is a operating system/mail client setting and not something that we can make happen ourselves.
