I wrote that for RX 5500 is in my desktop i know i have to wait but my laptop Intel 620 is NOT working neither and intel HD 620 IS NOT Radeon RX so what it can be done with AMD update with Intel chip? You might give us a screenshot of the message you get when trying to activate hardware acceleration. And also of the output of dxdiag (the display tab for your Intel 620). Also, you might start and stop your Affinity application, and then give us its Log.txt file. To find it: Press the Windows key and R. Paste this into the box: %appdata%\affinity Press OK. In the File Explorer box, select the application (e.g., Photo).
