Duwo25 Posted June 13, 2020 Posted June 13, 2020 Hi, I'm having issues with Affinity Photo not showing all of the picture. Every time I change the zoom factor, other portions are invisible. Sometime nothing is visible at all. The attachments illustrate this. What can be causing this, and more importantly, how can this be resolved? Thanks, Wouter Quote

Blende21 Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 Well, that is not the latest platform, but if it can run Catalina, it should do. Does this happen since a long time, or is it a new effect ? Since when ? Any recent update (at least for Catalina there were plenty ....) ? Can you put the picture on a SSD and try to load from there ? The fusion drives are nice at the beginning, but tend to get slow during use. It is just a try, don’t count on it. In the post about Photoshop (8 years old) the talk is about graphic drivers. Any changes to the one your Mini is using ? Quote

Duwo25 Posted June 21, 2020 Author Posted June 21, 2020 @v_kyr I have unplugged my second monitor. It seemed ok for a while, but now it's back. I think it's starting when multiple pictures are open at a given moment. So it might be memory related too. Quote
Blende21 Posted June 21, 2020 Posted June 21, 2020 Probably you can only “play” with the preferences option to see if any combination may work. Quote
Duwo25 Posted June 22, 2020 Author Posted June 22, 2020 @firstdefence I unchecked the hardware acceleration. It seems to behave better now. 🤞 Thanks for the suggestion! Quote
