Hi all,

 

Is this public forum the only method to get support on the Affinity Products like Photo, etc?

I can't seem to find how to submit trouble tickets directly to the Affinity Team....am I missing the links somewhere?

The forum is often quite effective as a support mechanism, @cayenne.

In addition to Serif staff, there are many knowledgeable users who can provide answers and advice for many problems that newer users have.

If your looking “specifically” to submit a trouble ticket, sorry this is not available in forum.  As others posted above, ask and help will be provided or if necessary, instructions to submit appropriate bug report (h_d) just posted above as I was typing,
