Hi @Rob123456789, Sadly, this is a common artefact in many vector drawing applications that is seen when you begin clipping objects. As the Inner Stroke effect is performed in the rendering engine by clipping, you will get this effect. Please see this post for more information.

We would need a screen recording(not screenshot) of this in action please. As far as I can see, there are handles around the layer, so it should just work.

Hi @GrahamMYC, When you draw a new text frame, it looks like you've accidentally saved defaults with a different style. With the Text Frame tool selected, go to Edit > Defaults > Factory Reset. That will put everything back to normal. I can't replicate the Italic issue here, but I have a feeling is somehow related to your defaults. Try to reset defaults and see if it works as expected

We've fixed quite a few issues in during the beta cycle, so yours might have just been one of them. I can't see anything in your crash report, as it's crashing in on of your dlls (nothing unexpected). Let us know if you have any more issues while running the beta
