No. This feature is available until it is Image object. Using Perspective tool convert Image to Pixel.

I personally prefer simple and direct behavior: - select object, DEL = delete selected object. - select all object (Ctrl + A), DEL = delete all selected object. Deleting the entire contents of the layer after one pressing DEL (even unwanted), I would not want to. -

It is "uncompressed" JPEG = super big file. For example: You can also find the quality of the source file by storing it in different quality in an AP without cropping. By comparing the file size or your image quality, you will find the corresponding compression level. 85% is standard - good quality and adequate file size. Edit: "uncompressed" does not mean lossless, but minimal lossy compression and best quality. Lossless jpeg is specific mode (JPEG-LS), which Affinity unfortunately not offer.
