The lock files should be removed when the file is closed or after 5 minutes of inactivity, does your NAS software have a delayed sync setting when opening and closing files.

I got better results when I used the resize ration of 0.95 rather than 1.0 when placed back into Affinity Photo.

This appears to be an issue with MacOS 14.1 beta as I have not been able to replicate this on the retail MacOS 14.0

When you open an Affinity file a hidden lock file will be created to prevent the file from being opened by another user at the same time but this should timeout 5 minutes after the file is closed, can you please enable hidden files in your folder options and see if there is a file called the following and if so please delete this file 20oz Tumbler Template - HTVRont - 244mm x 208.aftemplae~lock~

With the pages that you wish to export selected please use the Current Spread option in the Area selection and this will export the selected pages to a PDF.

There is no quick way to resize an image to the canvas size and you will need to use the transform tool to do this.

You can edit the text style Footnote to set the font type and size and the Note Studio to configure the positioning and rules for the footnotes.

Please select the option Allow "unknown" plugins to be used and after restarting Affinity Photo the plugins will then be shown in the Filters menu.

Which format are you trying to export to, if this is for a printer to create a banner and you document is vector based you could export in a vector format such as SVG, EPS or PDF with smaller dimensions and the printer will then be able to increase the banners size when printing without any loss of quality.

Hi @Lacedbyro, Welcome to the forum I have not seen this option being available in the print drivers on the iPad I would recommend exporting your document then use your printers app to then print this document.

Can you please confirm the operating system that you are running and do you have the latest XP-Pen drivers for your tablet installed.

This only occurs when you have installed the MSIX version of Affinity Photo 2 due to these installs being sandboxed, if you reinstall using the .EXE version which you can download from your Affinity account you will be able to drag and drop your images from your local and OneDrive location and open these in Photo.

Are you seeing this issue with Designer 2.2 and which MacOS are you running.
