It says there is a 30 day refund if not happy. I am not happy. Can you lead me to the correct avenue to make this happen ? In your original topic, Serif was working with you to figure out the issue you described. If you've given up on that, you can email affinityreturns@serif.com to arrange a refund, assuming you purchased within the past 14 days. (I'm not aware of anything that is 30 days except for the Trial period, before you purchase.)
