Publisher crashes when typing in font dropdown.

I just updated to the latest version and now when I want to select a font by typing in the font select window, the program crashes instantly before displaying anything typed.
Also works with new blank documents.

How to reproduce?

1. Start the program

2. Create a text block
3. Click the font dropdown
4. Start to type
5. Crash

System
I'm running a Windows 10 machine. And have quite a bunch of font faces installed (N > 100)

And you're sure this is happening in Publisher 2? I haven't seen the problem there, though I still have it in V1.

Oh I didn't see that this was the V2 section (I didn't notice that there is a v2 now :D)

You are completely right, it happens in version 1.
I found the section where the problem is a 'Known Issue'
Thanks for pointing that out!

You're welcome.

A Moderator will probably move this over to the right spot :)

UPDATE for anyone still using V1 Affinity applications -

Versions 1.10.6 of the Affinity suite have been released, which resolve these .NET Windows crashes.

Please see the below link for information on how to download and install these updates:

With the Affinity updates installed, you can now un-hide any previous Windows updates you have paused and install these without concern.
