Is there an incompatibility between issue with 10.10.1 (current official release)? It just means we've updated the beta to recognise 1.10.1 as a 'Purchased Version'. The previous beta build won't validate and run against a 1.10.1 installed via the Mac App Store. Jens Krebs and JGD
ThomasPKing
Hello. The update doesn't seem to have worked. I replaced my beta with the new one, but it still won't see 1.10.1 as a purchased version. It asks for the email and product key (which I don't have because it was from the Mac app store). The 1.10.1 retail version and the beta. I had previously used the beta from my desktop and it worked fine. I just moved it into the Applications folder (where the retail version is) but that didn't work either. It still asks for email/business and the product key. ThomasPKing
After some reinstalls, I did get it working. My best guess is that I may have accidentally installed the previous version of the beta instead?
sonnenfroh
Hi there, we have the exact same issue here on two devices. We are running 1.10.1 on High Sierra (10.13.6) and on Big Sur (11.5.2). Use of the Beta Version didn't solve the crash. It seems to us, that older, larger files lead to the issues. The files 20 MB and greater seem to crash. Hope, this servers you well. :-)
