  1. dutchschader write: "alt-v and than d and your in studio". The keyboard shortcuts for moving in the menu replace the lengthy mouse clicks.
  2. You do not need to remember keyboard shortcuts for menu navigation. When you press Alt, the appropriate letter is always displayed.
  3. This would definitely be interesting when you click on the checked menu item. It would allow you to continue checking other items.
  4. Why is it like this? Why does not the layer lock protect against any modification?
  5. To change the behavior like NextStep it means, that every single simple choice will require two clicks (close the menu), so we'll clicking like crazy. If the configuration of the Studio is so frequent and demanding, you might require to create a modal dialog on the toolbar, rather than overwrite the standard menu function, which would be quite different from other applications.
  6. A good way is to grouping all elements of the logo into one specific group. Then it can be manipulated with it as a whole (move, delete, resize, color, visibility, etc.)
  7. The portability of the source files, including all edits and features between apps, is excellent. Keeping it in the Publishers, it will be great. But it is evidently that each application is a "specialist" for a certain kind of workflow, so sharing all the skills across applications is not even expected, and it would not even be reasonable. It is better to have more specialized applications at a reasonable price that everyone buys as needed, rather than one super expensive superapplication.
  8. However, according to the attached image, you have Affinity Designer, and it does not support the macro.
  9. Really? https://affinity.help/photo/English.lproj/pages/Sharing/export.html https://affinity.help/photo/English.lproj/pages/ExportPersona/exportPersona.html
  10. So why do you create a new thread with the same many times repeated topic?
  11. But this is to be expected, because Designer has a different purpose than Photoshop.
  12. The examples show use on a single-segment curve. However, I infer that angle snapping will controlled both adjacent handle even in multi-segment curves, or am i wrong?
  13. Why not set it in your profile? Do not have to deal with it all the time.
  14. That's a straight line :-) Why in Smart mode does the neighboring segment change, when I change the position of the adjacent node? "Best fit" is "best fit", and should remain unchanged. In my view, they try to keep the smoothness of the curve as smooth as possible.
  15. The difference between Smoth and Smart node you see, if you change the node position or your handle between two nodes of the given type - smart node changes the following segment. "Best fit" means, that the neighboring segment tries to keep on to the one that has just been changed. In Gear maker image try change the midpoint node position.
  16. Maybe it could go this way. https://affinity.help/designer/English.lproj/pages/Workspace/preferences.html
  17. This tool is for moving layer content, not for window handling. You must click and drag window title bar (with file name). Layer content not moving, because layer is locked. Click on Lock symbol right in Layer panel, Background layer.
  18. I did not even notice that it would not be set permanently. That was how it worked before. Perhaps this should be reported as a bug.
