With Place Image you get an Embedded or Linked (Image) layer. It will show up in the Resource Manager, and you can Edit or Replace it using buttons on the Context Toolbar (depending on the file type and whether it's Embedded or Linked).
If it's a bitmap fill you don't have any of that functionality available.

Found it:
My linked pixel layers show the "chain link" aka "Is Linked" icon.
You have to link the adjustments layers before you reposition them to their respective element layers.
The adjustments layers have to be reposition as a clipping mask by dropping them on the text not the thumbnail. This will show the "chain link" (Is Linked icon)
That was the finer point in JR's video.
By the way Walt the screenshot would not show anything. there was no "chain link"

Don't I remember correctly that the first programmable Texas Instruments managed even the moon landing, like a charm? 😎🤓

You want more users and to make them feel "like at home" OR NOT.

Another one - you could make a tooltip next to "scrubby" zoom because I have no F**king idea what that is and whether I want it or not.

It does - but it crashes as it's doing it.

A Ctrl Run up will literally clear your settings, so that is why the folder gets emptied. The issue was that if you don't have that value set it was crashing trying to set it. So a ctrl-run up would clear it and then fail to set and get stuck in a crashing loop!

Copied all from release version and now runs
The ctrl+ runup was a run before I checked the appdata folder so the question remains why the empty settings folder?
But all good now 👍

Hi Haakoo!  You could  import batches of assets of any kind that way as well as lPattern layers.  The way these pattern layers work reminds me of another program we used to use.
