@haakoo Thank you so much !! it worked well, I need to hold down the picker and choose the colour. this is my mistake thank you for your time and response. Thanks to @Chris B and @Jeremy Bohn for your time too. -

@Jeremy Bohn Thank you, but if I want to select the picker in left tool bar then what is the use of colour picker in the colour panel? -

colour picker Tool is not working in any of the studio panel and adjustments and the size looks too small.
