Hi, we don't make any announcements about future dates, or number of betas. The short answer is, it'll be ready when it's ready - we don't rush for release dates :-).

I still do not use Affinity Photo with my favourite camera, the small pocket size Canon PowerShot GX7 mark II, since the files are not fully supported in the RAW file data that AP use. There is slow loading, heavy vignetting, no lens correction on the wide angle and more problems. When I open the same file in my PSE Camera Raw, the file is treated right as you can se below. The same in DxO optics Pro and Canon DPP 4, CameraBag Photo and even Windows Photo.

Well, here I am. I'm using the standard interface to transfer images plus a special interface to obtain EXIF data as that's needed for PTLens. Do you want to take this offline? Being a developer you probably have access to my email address.

Great progress in shadows and highlights controller in development persona.  Is there plan for fixing bug with histogram changing after developing?

Update: I think we have answered all the questions we can about Publisher before the beta starts. Hopefully the public beta will answer any remaining questions when it starts at the end of August.

Good news! Please give this guy a slap on his shoulder from us users. And one beer extra.

I've spoken with the guy who wrote the Shadows & Highlights algorithm and he's said this will be improved for the next beta.

In addition - nearly perfect, if they improve the loading speed of fuji Raw files and fix the preset function incl. to add a global preset function. 

I think the next Beta will come soon and i hope that this Problem is fixed then and the lights will work as well like the shadows.
The Raw Converter has made a big step forward with the new clarity and the new shadow algorithm in the latest Beta and when the Problem with the lights is fixed, it´s nearly perfect. That´s my opinion.
I´m courious and i let myself be surprised.
