  1. Hi bbrother, Thanks for this information, and @MikeTO for the additional note. I've logged this as a bug. Lee
  2. Hi Amy Choue, Double check the linked status of your file in your Resource Manager, additionally, check and tweak the advanced section of the PDF output settings. You will see options for down sampling images and Allow Jpeg compression (with a quality slider). Both of which can contribute to this banding effect. Lee
  3. Hi PampoenKoekie, Could you please attach the original image here as a file to test. Lee
  4. Hi Raptosauru5, I've moved from Bugs to Feedback, the long delay appears to be approximately .4 seconds which is well within expectations on a large project and is mostly system dependant. Using the Apple slide UI slide mechanism would likely extend this time. If you click on a group before expanding the layers, your group will remain selected and highlighted once expanded, making it easier to track. Lee
  5. Hi diederiks, As @MikeTO mentioned, this is a known issue with v1 and Sonoma, however as there will now only be compatibility updates for v1, it's unlikely to be resolved on v1. We can only suggest the workaround Mike also suggested. Lee
  6. Hi Focus9, Would it be possible to share the document (or a portion of) to this private DropBox link for us to look at? It would also be worthwhile updating your software to the latest version as this is the best way to ensure you have the benefit of the latest bug fixes. https://www.dropbox.com/request/r01CqKQUiXKNnIebNTju Lee
  7. Hi George86, The second issue is likely due to an additional blank carriage return at the end of your source document. Could you perhaps upload the documents to this address for us to look at to get an idea of what you are trying to achieve: https://www.dropbox.com/request/uQ4YESMRxr9qEjYXc7k4 Lee
  8. Hi ronnyb, We're not able to reproduce this here. Are you running an additional language on your OS or anything else that could be altering your shortcuts? If not, could you try resetting your apps settings by launching the app holding the control key and hitting "reset" on the following window. Lee
  9. Hi Ruslan TV, Thanks for letting us know, I've logged this as a bug for the developers to look into. Lee
  10. Hi kwnobu, I'm afraid A BSOD can't be caused by an (user-mode) application, only a faulty driver/hardware. "Bug check 0x7F typically occurs after you install faulty or mismatched hardware, especially memory, or if installed hardware fails." https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/debugger/bug-check-0x7f--unexpected-kernel-mode-trap Lee
  11. Hi Bartosovi, Thanks for the info, I've added this to the existing bug report as mentioned by @Hangman and @walt.farrell. Lee
  12. Hi garrettm30, Thanks for your detailed and clear recipe + video. I've been able to reproduce this and have reported this as a bug to be looked into. Lee
  13. Hi BuzzCoastin, Thanks for this information, I've logged this as a bug to be looked into. Lee
  14. If you are power duplicating, the positioning takes priority, as when creating patterns etc. if the duplication happened to cross into the pasteboard, you would suddenly end up with shapes pasted positioned in the middle of a document. With Alt dragging, you are manually positioning items outside the pasteboard which is allowed. Lee
  15. Hi bwackv, I've narrowed it down to your HSL adjustments on layers "17f2151e-e8b6-4612-9642-97f0fe264bb1" and "17f2151e-e8b6-4612-9642-97f0fe264bb1". (4th and 5th layers) If you delete these adjustments and recreate them, you shouldn't have an issue exporting. I can't say for sure how these layers became corrupted, but it's thankfully easy to resolve. Lee
  16. Hi sansnom, This is by design, the pasteboard is outside the active document and items cannot be pasted outside of the document. Lee
  17. Could you please hold control whilst booting and hit Deactivate all Affinity apps. then hit clear. Please restart your computer after this then reboot and reactivate the apps by launching and signing in. Lee
  18. Pourriez-vous s'il vous plaît essayer de télécharger l'application à partir du site Web et de la réinstaller. Cela vous mettra à jour vers la dernière version. Lee
  19. Hi Aaron61894, We're unable to recreate this here, are you able to try with a mouse connected? Lee
  20. Hi AI Loan, Possibly but we'd need the information previously requested to attempt to troubleshoot this. Lee
  21. Hi Myke, Looking at your system, it looks like a 2013 iMac? There could be numerous problems you are encountering here. The first concern I would have is that you may be on either a Fusion (Hybrid) drive or even just a plain mechanical hard drive which would be now 10 years old. If your machine is running out of RAM which is quite likely I would say, you will experience a large amount of data transferring from the slow drives and if your hard drive is failing this could exacerbate the issues dramatically. (make sure you have backups of everything!) Could you please test this for me: 1. Close every application on your computer (ensuring there are no white dots under the applications on the dock aside from the finder icon). 2. Restart your machine (if asked do not re-open anything when you reboot). 3. After rebooting, ensure your power is connected if this is a laptop, and launch Affinity straight away and note the time it takes to launch. 4. in the Affinity Settings page, hit Performance and change Intel IRIS to your other graphics card if available and allow the software to restart. See if this improves things at all.
  22. Hi srg, Thanks for this info, but once reported there's no need to make a new thread on the same issue. Lee
  23. Hi Curien, Quelle version de Windows utilisez-vous et où avez-vous installé l'application d'origine (MS App Store ou notre site Web) ? Recevez-vous des erreurs ? Lee
