  1. Hi MikeTO, Thanks for this info, I've logged it as a bug. Lee
  3. Hi Dominique Perchet, Would it be possible to share a document with an example of this occuring? https://www.dropbox.com/request/0B9hcd5fYu80HcuAo77J Lee
  4. @Demonskunk, if you could, could you please look for a crash report following the guide below: Lee
  5. Hi Demonskunk, Thanks for posting about this, I've passed on the info to the devs to take a look at. Lee
  6. Hi @hkartte, Could you try making the file available offline in your Google Drive application before importing them, or moving them to a local drive. Lee
  7. Hi @Bit Disappointed, @kartoffeltree, Thanks for this information, it's now been logged as a bug. Lee
  8. Hi Bit Dissapointed, Can I confirm the window is being resized and not just repositioned? I'm only able to recreate this when the window has just been moved and not resized Which is normal behaviour for Mac OS windows across the board. Lee
  9. Hi HumanByDesign, Are you able to replicate this without hardware acceleration enabled in your applications settings (top menu Affinity Photo > Settings > Performance), also perhaps without your eGPU. Lee
  10. Hi blackxacto, Close the Photo fully, and hold control whilst loading it again. On the window that appears, look down the list and enable "Reset content migration prompt". Then hit "clear" at the bottom. When the Photo finishes loading, you should be prompted to import your data from v1. Lee
  11. Hi Dragonmun, This is expected behaviour due to the way that text on curve layers are stored in PSD's. Lee
  12. Hi Mike, Walt. Just an update on this one, i've checked with the devs and they've confirmed this is correct behaviour due to the availability of the original image. Lee
  13. Hi Brian, Apologies for the delay getting back to you. Unfortunately we're unable to recreate these crashes on Win 10 or 11. Could you please test the file whilst disabling FileZilla FTP, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive and Adobe CoreSync? There's a possibility one of these may be causing issues. Lee
  14. Hi Varesha, it would be a good idea to post this in the Feedback section of the forum. Lee
  15. Hi erdi12, Thanks for this information, I've logged this as a bug. Lee
