I've reinstalled movieplus x6 due to Windows 10 problem and now I cannot enter unlock codes to continue working. Serif support cannot help so without unlock codes the software is useless. I followed the instructions to download the file, but it didn't do the trick??. All my features are still locked My laptop crashed and I lost my unlocking codes (Seriff X6). I have created a wedding DVD as wedding gift. I encountered no problem loading the photos (jpeg) or the video material (MOV), but when I wanted to burn the DVD it asked for the following unlocking codes - Feature Codes 4,11. Please see the attachments. Please, please I need help. I have spend hours and hours on this project and don't have the time to redo. I have downloaded codes from anonther site but it was infected with trojan virus - luckily my anti-virus is up to date. Were you able to export the codes from your old laptop? In which case you simply need to Import them to your new computer, as per the instructions in that same linked post. OTOH, if you are not able to export the codes from your old machine, there is nothing anyone can do to help you. If you read the very first post in this very long thread you will see that the unlock codes for MoviePlus are no longer available and Serif cannot create any to send to you. Quite a number of users of the software have complained, vociferously, about this situation but there is no solution to the problem other than that given in the thread linked by StevenS! IOW, even though you are attempting to help another user by giving access to your codes they are highly unlikely to work since the MoviePlus installation on any other computer than yours will NOT have the same installation key. It is also moot whether you should be publishing to a forum data that is connected with proprietary licences that were originally paid for by Serif. The download in the linked post is a batch file (i.e. plain text) so there is no code to execute and it therefore cannot contain a virus, but if you’re worried about it you can copy the text and paste it into a new file. What has happened to these two excellent video production software????? I use them on different computers. Why did you not accept my other email and state it belongs to someone else?????
