Beta .243 to .350 - Glitches opening and .AFPHOTO file

Recommended Posts

Hi there!

I am working on some Business Cards designs, and making all of it in the current Windows Betas:

  • I created the Design of the Business Card, in Designer.
  • Then, I took a picture to make my own Mockup Template, using the .AFDESIGN file, in Photo.

Now, here is the screenshot of the Mockup opened in Photo:

If I open the same file in Designer, this is how it looks like:

I attach both files, the Business Card Template (.AFDESIGN) and the Business Card Mockup (.AFPHOTO).

Best regards!

All I did was open your files and they look ok

That could be corruption somewhere or just a graphics refresh issue. Try zooming in and out on the bad one. If nothing else it will rule that out

Could you try opening the .AFPHOTO file in Designer?

That gives the same results as you have

@Mithferion

I've seen something similar before.

If you duplicate the perspective layer on each of the 3 business cards then either delete the duplicate or the original perpective layer it corrects itself.

(still a bug though)

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

Thanks, that worked.

Now I noticed that even if I save, clse the file and open it, the glitch shows again.

Hi Mitherion,

This is an issue caused by the Live Perspective layer in Designer - I'll get this passed on to development.

Thanks. :)

Best regards!

Hi!

Just to let you know that in the latest beta [.331] this is still happening.

Best regards!
