laurentia
Hi, I have a problem with a DNG from a scan. This DNG is correctly read by the final version 1.6.5, but the beta 1.7.0.243 reads only the low definition thumbnail. AF 1.6.5 opens the DNG in the develop persona module, and AF 1.7.0.243 opens the thumbnail embedded in the photo persona module. Both versions do not treat the same image in the same way. The test image is here. Dave Quail and Chris B
Staff Chris B Posted February 19, 2019 Staff Share Posted February 19, 2019 Hey laurentia, I've found a bug report from 2017 with the same issue so I've bumped it. I'm not sure why this is happening so as soon as I get some feedback I will let you know. laurentia
Quote Fixes Improved performance of loading images (no longer using exiftool for metadata) Fixed problems parsing DNG images as TIFF (DNG appearing as small thumbnails) Hi, sorry Mark, but if the first issue is fixed in the 256, the second is not ... it's even worse than with the 251 ...
