Vector Portraits

Recommended Posts

I love the vector style  :)  Here are some vector portraits that I have created with Affinity Designer. Below the picture there is a link to my website, where you can view the works in a larger format.

Wow, you are so good with eyes! Turner Classic Movie network has featured a few Elizabeth Taylor movies lately while she was in her prime. You have done her justice! Thanks for sharing those wonderful portraits.

Really like the eye, cheek and lips of your very last creation!

@ Stuart, thanks, but this is vector work, no "Vexel"  :)  Only paths, no pixels.

Apologies! but your work is still excellent! :(

Be mindful of your shadows, in some of the girl faces the shadows somewhat make the whole female face looks a bit creepy to look at (for the lack of a better way to say it) since when I am thinking of female faces, I am imagining a soft skin, with really soft details.

Just going to throw in some examples from google

Notice the overall feel of the shapes? The details are still there, but they aren't as muddy or overblown. Keep going.
