joe_l Posted July 31, 2023 Share Posted July 31, 2023 Frequently I temporarily group objects and now I have to type in a name for the group? Naming groups can be helpful to keep everything organised. BUT this is an extra step creating a group. What was so bad about renaming a group afterwards, instead of being forced to name it directly? Return Posted July 31, 2023 Share Posted July 31, 2023 Have to think about it if I like this new feature. It makes, like the OP says, me do the action to create the name and could become cumbersome. I'd rather had seen an auto naming/numbering option. ie. on creation of a group or move selection to new Layer it should auto create it into group1 or Layer1. At least I can shut it off.
