Jetzt, mit der neuen V2 - Version wird das Programm immer langsamer, je länger ich damit arbeite. Es ist eine Zumutung! Ich hatte das hier schon einmal angesprochen. Nichts hilft. Nach 30 Minuten fängt es an. Wenn ich in einem Textrahmen Text bearbeiten möchte und muss (umformatieren), wird der Text-Cursor im Textrahmen immer langsamer. Klicke ich nach einer Stunde in einen Textrahmen, um Wörter zu trennen, muss ich manchmal 5-6 Sekunden warten, bis ich weiterarbeiten kann. Das hat auch nichts mit der Grafik-Beschleunigung zu tun. Im Task-Manager sehe ich auch keine Verzögerungen. Ich muss ein Buch mit 200 Seiten gestalten, so ist das unmöglich. Kümmert Euch bitte einmal darum. Ich arbeite mit einem schnellen Ryzen 5, 32 GByte Speicher und 4 GByte Grafikspeicher unter Windows 11, 64 Bit Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Es hat nichts mit Hardwarebeschleunigung zu tun, und die einzige Lösung besteht darin, das Programm zu beenden und neu zu starten. (Yes, this is exactly my problem too. So kann ich mein Buch mit 200 Seiten nicht bearbeiten. Installing the EXE file doesn't help either. The program is still slower and slower. I can't edit my 200-page book like this. Ich schaffe es kaum, einen Kalender mit 14 Seiten zu erstellen. Ich sitze jetzt seit zwei Tagen dran. Das ist definitiv untragbar. Ich versuche noch ein paar Sachen und halte euch auf dem Laufenden. Das ist wirklich tragisch für mich, denn ich habe noch so einiges vor. Ich hoffe, dass dieser Bug nicht zum Genickbrecher für Serif wird. Idee und Konzept der Firma finde ich eigentlich wirklich gelungen. I have the same problem. Uninstalling and then reinstalling the .exe version did not work. I can barely manage to create a 14-page calendar. I've been sitting on it for two days now. This is definitely unacceptable. I'll try a few more things and keep you updated. This is really tragic for me because I still have a lot to do. I hope that this bug doesn't become a breaker for Serif. I actually think the idea and concept of the company is really nice. Ich habe eine neue Grafikkarte eingebaut, weil meine alte über 7 Jahre alt ist und von keinem Bildbearbeitungsprogramm (incl. Affinity) erkannt wurde. Gleichzeitig kam das Update Version 2.2.1.2075. Leider habe ich nicht erst die vorherige Version mit der neuen Grafikkarte getestet. Sorry, ich war ungeduldig. Die Probleme sind zwar nicht gelöst, aber es ist viel besser geworden. Manchmal "verschluckt" sich der Affinity Publisher noch, aber nach einer Weile geht es längere Zeit ganz normal voran. Ich habe den Verdacht, dass das Speichermanagement im Programm nicht rund läuft. Immerhin. So konnte ich den Kalender heute fertigstellen und in Druck geben. Now the measures have overlapped, making it difficult to analyze the problem. I installed a new graphics card because my old one is over 7 years old and was not recognized by any image editing program (including Affinity). At the same time the update version 2.2.1.2075 was released. Unfortunately, I didn't test the previous version with the new graphics card. Sorry, I was impatient. The problems haven't been solved, but things have gotten a lot better. Sometimes the Affinity Publisher still "chokes up", but after a while things progress normally for a long time. I suspect that the memory management in the program is not running smoothly. Anyway. So I was able to finish the calendar today and put it to print. Außerdem werden die Dateien beim jedem Speichern immer größer. Das Arbeiten ist so, besonders, wenn öfter zischengespeichert werden muss (um bei evt. Abstürzen keine Daten zu verlieren) kaum mehr zumutbar. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn Serif hier zeitnah nachbessern würde. Das Laden des Dokuments dauert mittlerweile merh als 8 Minuten! I have already tried that too. No change. If UI means switching off GPU support. Loading the document now takes more than 8 minutes! Christian5 Posted January 23 Share Posted January 23 Bei F11 tut sich bei mir ganr nichts (Windows11). In den Voreinstellungen kann ich die Benutzeroberfläche von dunkel auf hell umstellen. Ist es das? Da tut sich auch nichts. Mittlerweile öffnet sich die Datei auch nach 25 Minuten lLadezeit nicht. Außerdem hatte nach dem letzten Speichern ein Größe von 460 MB. Ein Arbeiten mit dieser Datei ist nicht mehr möglich. Mehrere Monate vergeblicher Arbeit. F11 does nothing for me (Windows 11). I can change the user interface from dark to light in the default settings. In the meantime, the file does not open even after 25 minutes of loading. In addition, after the last save, the file had a size of 460 MB. Working with this file is no longer possible. Several months of work in vain. I have copied the file from the online storage to the local hard drive, so the links are no longer valid and would have to be linked again. The idea was trying to edit/work the file a bit without the images to see if you still experience hangs/delays. If yes then something is wrong with the file itself, if no, the cause of the delays/hangs maybe related with some image(s) themselves - there may be some corruption or issue or maybe you are applying lots of FX to them which are heavy in computation etc. Save the file as package and send to us using this upload link so we can take a look. Ich lade die Datei und den Ordner mit den Bilder in die Dropbox. Linking again is not possible because I can no longer load the file. Saving as a package is also not possible for the same reason. David Major Posted January 23 Share Posted January 23 Christian, I downloaded the file, and not the images. I tried to open it with Publisher. The progress bar moved very slowly (ten minutes or so), until it got to about 95%, and then it completely stopped. I left the computer for a couple of hours, and nothing happened, it was still stuck on 95% or so. Then I couldn't close Publisher by right-clicking on it in the task bar, so I had to launch the Task Manager to close it. There, I found that Publisher had now claimed almost all of my system RAM - over 7Gb. So, it must be getting into some loop?
