We did have a similar report to this which has been fixed, however it is actually different. I think this is why your particulr issue may have gone unresolved for such a long time. This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release. Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
