TEcHNOpls
Hi, 1. Have more than one image open 2. Select brush tool in each image. 3. Makes sure you have same brush settings in all open images, brush does not have size control, Force pressure to control size is OFF 4. Enable ' Force pressure to control size' 5. Switch to another image (by clicking tabs or ctrl+tab) 6. Notice that 'Force pressure to control size' control is set to on, but the pressure does not control size. Gnobelix
Hi @TEcHNOpls, the same here as you described, but disable and again enable force pressure, then it works as expected. Indeed very strange. Staff Chris B Posted January 24, 2022 Staff Share Posted January 24, 2022 This just seems to affect the beta and not retail (which is surprising) can you please double check to see if retail is fine so I can add it in the bug report as a regression? Ron P.
@Chris B, I think it is affecting the Retail too. However it's so sporadic, and intermittent. I've tested High & Low Precision, and Windows Ink. Sometimes I can start brushing lightly and get a small size, then apply more pressure and the brush increases in size as it should. BUT, while still brushing, apply less pressure and the size does not reduce. Affinity Photo 2.5..; Affinity Designer 2.5..; Affinity Publisher 2.5..; Affinity2 Beta versions. TEcHNOpls
The UI bug is also present in the latest Retail Version. Also, I'm only mentioning UI bug, not other issues you may have. TEcHNOpls
Nope, RC2 should be the same as retail, syncing all of my settings between these too is problematic so I tend to stay in latest beta.
