Yusup Budiman Posted August 6, 2021 Share Posted August 6, 2021 Please help. I'm using windows 10. I just updated affinity designer to the latest version 1.10.0, but the app can't be opened. PaulEC Posted August 6, 2021 Share Posted August 6, 2021 Hi @Yusup Budiman, welcome to the forums. I had a similar problem with ADesign after I installed the update. (APhoto and APub were fine.) Restarting my PC seems to have solved the problem (hopefully!) Staff Sean P Posted August 9, 2021 Staff Share Posted August 9, 2021 Hi Yusup,As I mentioned in the thread linked above, can you hold down Ctrl whilst starting the application, and leaving the 3 options ticked also tick the 'Reset Account Data' option and then click OK. The startup image shows, but when it comes to loading types, the program shuts down. This does not happen when loading publisher and photo. Windows 10 - 64 updated PC.
