New update Affinity Designer 1.10.0 can't be opened

Hi @Yusup Budiman, welcome to the forums.

I had a similar problem with ADesign after I installed the update. (APhoto and APub were fine.) Restarting my PC seems to have solved the problem (hopefully!)

(NB - sometimes restarting, rather than just turning off and turning back on again, can solve a lot of problems. 🙂)

Have you seen and read this similar thread, which includes details of how several of us, who experienced the same problem, were able to resolve it?

iPad Pro (12.9") (iOS 17.4) running Affinity Photo and Designer version 1 and all three version 2 apps.

Hi Yusup,
As I mentioned in the thread linked above, can you hold down Ctrl whilst starting the application, and leaving the 3 options ticked also tick the 'Reset Account Data' option and then click OK. Does this allow the application to start for you?

Designer 1.10.0 crashes at startup. After updating from ver. 1.09 is not possible to load the application. The startup image shows, but when it comes to loading types, the program shuts down. This does not happen when loading publisher and photo. Windows 10 - 64 updated PC.

Have you tried the fix listed just above your post?
