Hi @Sean P, I've tried the way you suggested, and it still fails to open. Even I check all the options are the same I've deleted the 1.0 folder, replaced it too. Still can't open. Ada yang bisa membantuku? -

I've deleted the 1.0 folder, replaced it too. Still can't open. :( -
Hi @PaulEC, is there any other way? I have done so, but the problem is not solved

Please help. I'm using windows 10. I just updated affinity designer to the latest version 1.10.0, but the app can't be opened. Only until the splash screen, then it just disappears. There is something wrong ?
