Status: Customer Beta
Purpose: Fixes
Requirements: A valid product key (for Affinity Store purchases), or an installation of the full retail version from the Microsoft Store

As this is a beta it is considered to be not suitable for production use. This means that you should not attempt to use it for commercial purposes or for any other activity that may be adversely affected by the application failing, including the total loss of any documents. We hope you enjoy the latest build, and as always, if you've got any problems, please don't hesitate to post a new thread in this forum and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Thanks once again for your continued feedback.

If you have a general question about the software, please head over to the Questions Forum, or if you have any suggestions, please head over to the Feature Requests forum.

Changes

  • Fixed crash at startup due to broken OpenCL drivers
  • Disabled hardware acceleration for AMD Radeon RX 5000 series and later cards (awaiting response to bug filed with AMD)
  • Fixed asset dragging performance for some assets
  • Fixed some documents failing to load (hanging)

Everything works correct on this release except s mall regression.
Drag an asset, keep the mouse button  pressed trying to drop it as far as possible on the canvas/artboard then release.
It drops something so small no one can distinguish it, but more than that, it is impossible to resize via the transform section tab, impossible to select it and do a manual resize because the thing is not even existent on the layer stack.
Only turn around i found is to release the mouse button as soon as it reaches the border of the canvas/artboard; only then, things are okay and I can work easy.
Need to fix it so people making a lot of use of Assets to not go crazy thinking they made mistake or broke the app.

Thanks for your great job.

Never be the Same Again !

That doesn't happen for me.

Thanks for your great job.

Unfortunately I'm unable to reproduce this either - does this happen for some of the Assets in the iOS 12 category? Could you get a screen recording demonstrating the behaviour you're getting along with attaching the associated pack if it is a custom one?
