Image resize dpi slider/button not working

Seems to be the same in Photo and Publisher as well. Must be a bug!

I don't usually use this method to resize images, so I'm not sure what the advantage is of using the DPI rather than the scale slider (which works correctly), they seem to move together.

This does not seem to be happening in the Mac versions.

If you click the "Original Size" button immediately after placing the image in the document, what happens? 

All 3 1.10.8, & all 3 V2.4.1 Mac apps; 2020 iMac 27"; 3.8GHz i7, Radeon Pro 5700, 32GB RAM; macOS 10.15.7

In macOS a slider & value issue can appear in a different way. (all apps)
With locked ratio the values seem to be not simply locked but getting calculated with a certain delay which may result in odd value combinations like this:

DPI x | y  (scale %):
300 | 300 (scale: 100)
266 | 300 (scale: 112)
331 | 300 (scale: 91)

The only thing I have seen like that is an occasional 'off by one DPI' difference (like with an X/Y DPI difference of no more than 1 at the same scale).
