  1. Hi, I'm working with Affinity Photo Version 1.7.0.367 on Windows 10. I'm missing the histogram for brightness on all photos. Only the histogram for the channesl Red, Green and Blue are visible. How can I activate the histogram for brightness? Regards Gerhard
  2. Hi there, I've converted some images from Olympus Raw (orf) to png format by batch processing (File - New Batch Processing). Unfortunately the brightness of the png images is reduced a lot compared to the original ones. How can I fix this? Best regards - Ulrich
  3. Possibly these are stupid questions, but even the help file have not helped me: - Why can we change the black point in the basic settings in the develop persona, but not the white point? - A the same position in the Develop Persona: what is the difference between Exposure and Brightness? Playing around with both sliders show identical changes in the histogram and photo. Best regards BlauerClaus
  4. Hi, I’m not sure what to call this. I want to adjust the colour and brightness in multiple objects but change them respectively so if you start with different colour you end with different colours. There are attached images to help explain what I mean. Thanks for any help
  5. Hi, I have selected an area that is underexposed (see screenshot). I have tried to change the exposure and brightness of this selected area but nothing happens to the area selected brightness. I have tried with Mask ticked and not ticked. Please can someone explain what I need to do. It should be obvious once the area has been selected but I can seem to adjust the area.
  6. Hi Affinity team, just a small bug in the Tone mapping persona on v.1.5.1.54 Trial (Win): If (after importing a HDR image and switching to the Tone mapping persona) you set the brightness to, lets say, 25, then undo this (Ctrl+Z or via the protocol bar) and then redo the step, the slider will show "-25" (instead of 25), although the image appears correct. Affinity will always negate the selected brightness value after undo/redo. Seems this is the only affected slider. It doesn't do this in the Develop persona either. Matthias.
  7. I took a lot of photos over the weekend in an indoor setting I didn't have speedlights or good internal lighting so a lot of the photos have light coming in from the windows as well as from the tungsten lights overhead I've tried playing around with the exposure, blackpoint, brightness, shadows and highlights settings in the develop persona but I am unable to balance out the exposure of the whole photo so that I can preserve the detail of thw windows as well as the interior How can I achieve this? I can't share the actual photos since it was a private function I'm working with RAW files

    Grid to dim

Pleased to say I've totally transitioned from Photoshop. I use a Samsung 4K monitor which is super bright and I have to turn the brightness down substantially to see the grid lines. Could you either make them more pronounce or have a "volume" control for the grids please
