    Affinity Photo Customer Beta (1.7.0.122)

Was about to post a serious drawing lag using my Wacom tablet, but apparently has now been fixed on this release. You're on fire!
  2. Apparently this is more difficult to sort out than expected. Hopefully Matt and the guys look up on this, since it's really defeating the purpose of having such a great feature as custom wet edges.
  3. Hello there, As much as I'm loving the new Brush Editor features, there's a bug that's been around since the current stable Designer and Photo versions. I've reported it a couple of times already and I hope this issue gets addressed, because it really ruins the experience when using advanced features from the brush panel. When you add the Wet Edges option to a brush (from the editor), this option gets deactivated or non-recognized back when switching tools using the brush command key (B) and many times, when selecting the brush manually from the brushes panel. Let's say I need to erase something; I switch to the Eraser using (E), then I want to go back to my brush using (B) and when I do that, Wet Edges are switched off automatically, unless I double-select that brush... then, Wet Edges are back on. It totally ignores the stored brush settings. This affects dramatically the way brushes were originally designed. Thank you!
  4. Hello there, I've just found a tiny error when attempting to open a previously closed file through the Open Recent menu. It always returns this message: "Failed to open file... The file is already open by another application", even if it's not. What I do is to close Publisher and once opened again, the file loads normally through the same Open Recent menu. Bests, Enrique

[Designer] App closes when i try to import...

Hi! Determining the actual weight of individual Styles and Assets (Masks) that way may be kind of deceptive. As I mentioned in other thread; despite their huge dimensions (meant for big printed artwork), the largest Style/Mask only weights around 2.2 MB, which isn't by any means a huge memory-eater Thanks a lot for your purchase by the way! I'm also looking forward to everybody being able of using this pack at its fullest on their iPads. Enrique

    Using larger assets crashes Designer

Just want to add to this topic that despite the large dimensions of Propaganda Design Kit's Assets, the 'heaviest' of these textures weights about 2.2 MB (at 3,600 x 4,800 px); the rest gravitates towards 250 KB to 800 KB. So they're pretty lightweight to use, in general. - Enrique

[Designer] App closes when i try to import...

Hi Kenan, Thanks a lot for your purchase and your constant support! I'm really sorry you're experiencing this. Apparently, it's only happening on newer iPads, since I haven't had any troubles when I import the pack into my older 2015 iPad Pro. I've had a couple of crashes on 2017 iPad's but the Styles and Assets got installed after restarting the app or the iPad. I hope this issue gets fixed soon Enrique

    Comic POW

@Cealcrest This looks fantastic, love the line weights you've achieved here! I'm sorry I didn't see this before, haven't had much time to browse the forum lately. Cheers
  14. Hello there! This request may sound stupid, because the least thing you'd want to happen when working on a file is being unable to go back to a previous color adjustment/setting. And in that regard, Affinity Photo is a beast! I've files with literally dozens of Adjustment Layers stacked upon each other... UNLESS... you're working on a schedule, being TIME your most relentless enemy when you're hired per hour. Last week I helped on a matte-painting project for a gaming company and (I haven't noticed this workflow issue until then), creating an Adjustment Layer whenever you need to make a quick Levels, Curves, HSL, etc. tweak and keep painting over, can become your worst nightmare when having just 8 hours to deliver 4 on-set paintings. I know you can merge that layer immediately after you've made the adjustment (even with a shortcut), but BELIEVE ME, having to: 1. Create the Adjustment Layer. 2. Nesting it to the specific layer you need to apply the tweak (if not, it affects all layers) 3. Merging it down 4. Repeat for the next one... It's a very tiring set of tasks you need to do, only to make the shadows of a single tree more intense (I.E.), inside a dozens-of-layers scene. Hope this request makes sense, because it's directly related with money and delivery times and will improve A LOT certain type of work pipelines. Cheers, Enrique
  15. This is a nice suggestion. I was a color-layer junkie back when I used Photoshop everyday. It may seem like a trivial thing, but when you've been sitting for 8 straight hours a day working on several files, marking layers with colors are a BIG visual aid. Cheers.
