I use the the font fattern. This is a SVG font. But....only on newer Adobe photoshop and illustrator this font is shown with a colered pattern. In Designer, we see the font in black, filled inside. here is the font: https://www.fontspace.com/fattern-font-f48474 read at the and the remark about the coloring in newer Adobe versions. In designer iPad, I see the fattern font, colored. But bij choosing. It will be black and filled single color. how can we use Fattern? Perhaps it’s an idea for Affinity to make a guide option for users in they start with a new doc. There are so much checkpoints, you can oversee some of them. I have learned a lot of my own mistakes. It would make acceptation a lot earlier for new ones and also other users.

Have you tried, in the layer panel, to swipe with your finger from left to right on the desired layer? You will see that the layer will be grayed out. You can do the same to other layers. When they are all grayed, you can group them, delete, move or whatever you want. Just try!!!

Are you working in the cloud, or saving to the cloud or an cloudservice? This services does sometimes have a delay. You could try to wait a littlebit longer.

On my iPad it opens correctly:

It works fine, but not on every sky and landscape. Oké you can Winn some time. But you have to do some refinements. This is my expirience with the new option. AI adding to AP would be nice to have.

I have seen it, it’s a gimmick. Work with AI but not under every circumstance and a lot of mistakes...

I have seen that when opening an document which is made in Affinity Designer Dekstop in the ipad app, and guidelines where active, You will see them on the iPad. Handy to try somethings.....

Is there a plan of acquire Google Photo’s within Affinity? Now I must first download a photo, and then use it. On an iPad I must first share the photo to an location, and then a can acquire it. Is this a Google App problem? Or can it be solve on an other way?

Here the same with ios14,2 beta and the Photo beta. Every time. The information seems away. The 1.8 version works fine.

Same here, scribble, although fine for other apps, not for A Photo.

I Photo would be hè best, and all slices in different layers. It is possible. PLEASE MAKE IT POSSIBLE AFFINITY, PLEASE....
