Thank you guys so much, What i didn't realise is also you have to make sure the new smoke layer adjustment is under the new pixel layer, by default it puts it above.
-
I'm trying to add smoke to a photo which i can no problem, and send it to screen, again no problem, the problem is i can't seem to colorize the smoke to what colour I want, I thought if you go to HSL there should be a colorize checkmark like in PS but alas there is not. Any help would be great.

AI Sky Enhancement
John Alex replied to John Alex's topic in Feedback for Affinity Photo V1 on Desktop
Well clearly it's not a gimmick, it's a huge thing really, yes it was done ages back with a lot of time and work, but now it's a one or two click thing, it's now become the norm in most software. -

I wonder if Affinity will bring in AI Sky Enhancement, it seems it's brought to the fore as the norm now.
-
I always do, never 3rd party places, that's what the Nvidia Experience is for, that's the program that keeps your drivers up to date.
-
@AiDon But why do we have to work around this if that is the problem? Most graphic drivers you have to keep updated 99% of the time to keep with 99% of games and indeed programs. I have the RTX 2060 Ultra 6gb version. And it still crashes out. How do you update drivers without the Geforce Experience? I also have version(452.06) latest version
-
@SPaceBar Hi there, crashes when opening a RAW file, the program just disappears, all graphics drivers are up to date.
-
Right gents, thank you for your replies. Firstly i'd like to address, that there is a few people having the same problem as I am, with the new version crashing. When opening a RAW file, Nikon Z6 camera. It will crash before I can get to the editing stage, files are on local drive. I downloaded the new version as it prompted me to, started install, and it said was updating, all installed, then the problem occurred. So deleted it, tried a fresh install. exactly the same problem. "first what we do know is the current version is not the problem" How is it not that there's NOT a problem with the new build? when the previous was fine?
