Thank you @carl123. I downloaded your attachment and all of the layers showed up. What did you do in order for the missing layers to appear?

Are you operating with iPadOS 14?

I updated to iPadOS 14.1 yesterday. Last night I downloaded and tried to use this template but it came through missing layers. I checked with the designer and everything looks good on her end. Do you why they’re missing and how to correct? Thank you in advance. IMG_1090.psd
