Have you opened and closed both applications at least once since they were installed? And you have opened and closed both programs, and then reopened them, opened a document, and the commands are still grayed out? Yes I did, I even reinstalled Both Designer and Photo. I currently run the retail version of 1.7. I had no issues when I ran the beta versions. Quote

Now I know what the first opening of the apps does. Quote
