Looking for a Designer Workbook

Recommended Posts

Hi all, I don't know if people will be mad at me for asking this but what the hell! I am looking for an Affinity Designer Workbook and wondering if anyone has one they have finished with that they would want to sell me for say $25? Save the planet! I wish there were a downloadable PDF version as that would make more sense in terms of waste and so on. Anyway, if anyone has one in the US, preferably, let me know! Thanks!

My god man are you crazy, these first edition books will become family heirlooms, passed from Father/Mother to Son/Daughter and any variation in-between. Now go and wash your mouth out with cream cheese and crackers.  duh.gif

I bought only the Affinity Photo Workbook. Eventually, if & when I have finished with it I will donate it to our local public library, as we do with all the books we no longer want to keep. Point being, you might want to check with your library to see if they have a copy of the Designer one or can get it through inter-library loan.

I also would like to suggest that in general, donating books you no longer want to your public library is a nice thing to do. This makes them available to those who can't afford to buy them, is far 'greener' than recycling or throwing them away, & may be tax deductible.

All 3 1.10.8, & all 3 V2.4.1 Mac apps; 2020 iMac 27"; 3.8GHz i7, Radeon Pro 5700, 32GB RAM; macOS 10.15.7
Affinity Photo
1.10.8; Affinity Designer 1.108; & all 3 V2 apps for iPad; 6th Generation iPad 32 GB; Apple Pencil; iPadOS 15.7

I just ate borscht with sour cream, if that is close enough!

The library idea is a great one. I doubt they have it here in the godforsaken hell that is Trump's America but I'll ask!

Regarding the "Saint" thing, as Bugs Bunny said, he don't know me very well, do he?  devil2.gif
