Phil_rose Posted January 22, 2018 Posted January 22, 2018 Hi all, I don't know if people will be mad at me for asking this but what the hell! I am looking for an Affinity Designer Workbook and wondering if anyone has one they have finished with that they would want to sell me for say $25? Save the planet! I wish there were a downloadable PDF version as that would make more sense in terms of waste and so on. Anyway, if anyone has one in the US, preferably, let me know! Thanks! Quote I like turtles! firstdefence Posted January 22, 2018 Posted January 22, 2018 My god man are you crazy, these first edition books will become family heirlooms, passed from Father/Mother to Son/Daughter and any variation in-between. Now go and wash your mouth out with cream cheese and crackers. R C-R Posted January 22, 2018 Posted January 22, 2018 I bought only the Affinity Photo Workbook. Eventually, if & when I have finished with it I will donate it to our local public library, as we do with all the books we no longer want to keep. Point being, you might want to check with your library to see if they have a copy of the Designer one or can get it through inter-library loan. I also would like to suggest that in general, donating books you no longer want to your public library is a nice thing to do. This makes them available to those who can't afford to buy them, is far 'greener' than recycling or throwing them away, & may be tax deductible. Phil_rose Posted January 22, 2018 Author Posted January 22, 2018 I just ate borscht with sour cream, if that is close enough! The library idea is a great one. I doubt they have it here in the godforsaken hell that is Trump's America but I'll ask! Quote I like turtles! Phil_rose 1 Quote
